Hi, I'm Erin
I know what it feels like to be stretched thin, living on autopilot, caught in the endless loop of doing everything for everyone else.
Between juggling a demanding corporate career, raising a family, and managing a never-ending to-do list, I felt like there was never enough time for me, for my own goals, my well-being, or even a moment to breathe. I was constantly filling everyone else’s buckets while my own was running on empty.
For nearly two decades, I thrived in a high-pressure corporate environment, leading operations, managing complex projects, and optimizing processes to keep everything running smoothly. On paper, I was successful. I had the career, the expertise, and the achievements to prove it. But behind the scenes? I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and stuck in a cycle that felt impossible to break.
Then, one morning after I turned 40, I had a wake-up call.
“Is this it? Is this what my life is going to feel like forever?”
I had spent years helping others; leaders, colleagues, family, find solutions, but I wasn’t giving myself permission to do the same.
That’s when I started asking different questions:
- What do I truly need to thrive?
- How can I reclaim my time and energy without guilt?
- What habits, routines, and boundaries actually support me?
I knew I needed to hire a life coach. As soon as I did, the first thing she taught me wasn’t just how to manage my time, it was how to reclaim my energy and shift my mindset around how I used it.
Through deep self-reflection, trial and error, and a lot of unlearning, I started reclaiming my time, setting boundaries, self-advocating, and prioritizing my well-being.
With my background in strategic thinking and streamlining processes, I took everything I knew about problem-solving, self-advocacy, and time management and applied it to my own life. I stopped running on empty and started creating a system that actually worked.
I learned how to:
- Lighten my mental load by letting go of what wasn’t mine to carry.
- Make quick, confident decisions instead of overthinking and second-guessing.
- Set boundaries—at work, at home, and within myself—without guilt.
- Create sustainable habits that actually support my goals.
Now, I help busy working women like you do the same.
I know firsthand what it feels like to carry an invisible mental load, to be the one everyone counts on, to want to prioritize yourself but struggle to figure out how.
I'm here to tell you that:
You don’t need more willpower—you need a system that aligns with your natural rhythms.
You don’t need to do more—you need to release what’s draining you.
You don’t need to prove yourself—you need to trust yourself.
With my background in creative problem-solving, intuitive coaching, and self-advocacy, I’ve built systems that work, but more importantly, I’ve built a community.
A space where busy women can feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to take back control of their time and energy without guilt.
You don’t have to do it all. But you can do what matters most.
If you’re ready to step out of survival mode and into a life that actually feels good to live, let’s get started.
With love,
Erin
