Energy Audit

Hi, I'm Erin

I know what it’s like to live inside a full calendar and still feel disconnected from yourself.

For years, I was doing all the things that looked like success on the outside, building a long corporate career, managing operations, navigating complex projects, raising a family, and being the person everyone could rely on. My days were productive, efficient, and full.

They were also exhausting.

Not because I wasn’t capable, but because everything had a claim on my time and energy, and very little of it was intentional.

For nearly two decades, I worked inside high-pressure corporate environments where I learned how to manage priorities, navigate stakeholder demands, and keep systems running smoothly. On paper, I was thriving. I knew how to solve problems, streamline processes, and make things work.

But personally, I was operating on autopilot, reacting instead of choosing, managing instead of designing.

Then, shortly after turning 40, I had a quiet but powerful realization:

Is this how my life is supposed to feel, even when I’m “doing everything right”?

I had spent years helping leaders, teams, and organizations find clarity and solutions, yet I wasn’t giving myself permission to step back and ask better questions about my own life.

That’s when the shift began, not with productivity, but with perspective.

I didn’t need another to-do list.
I needed to understand where my time and energy were actually going.

Working with a coach helped me see something I hadn’t before: the issue wasn’t how much I was doing, it was how my capacity was being allocated. My calendar was full, but it wasn’t aligned. My energy was spent, but not always on what mattered most.

Through reflection, experimentation, and a lot of unlearning, I began to approach my life the same way I approached complex systems at work: by assessing before adjusting.

I started auditing my time and energy.
I questioned what I was carrying that wasn’t mine.
I learned to protect plans instead of constantly reworking them.
I set boundaries that fit real life, at work, at home, and within myself.

Slowly, things began to function differently.

Not perfectly, but intentionally.

With my background in operations, strategic problem-solving, and self-advocacy, I built systems that supported my real capacity, not theoretical ideals. I stopped running on empty and started creating space for clarity, presence, and progress.

Today, this is the work I guide other busy working women through.

I help women step back, take an honest look at where their time, energy, and mental load are going, and redesign their lives in a way that actually fits the season they’re in.

This work isn’t about doing more.
It’s about releasing what drains you.
It’s about trusting yourself instead of constantly proving yourself.
It’s about building a life that doesn’t just feel better, but functions better.

Along the way, I’ve also built community, spaces where women can practice this work together, without pressure, comparison, or guilt.

You don’t have to do everything.
But you can choose what matters most.

If you’re ready to step out of reactive cycles and into intentional design, you’re in the right place.

With love,

Erin

You're managing everything, but at a cost you don't always see.

When your calendar is full and your energy is stretched, it’s hard to tell what’s truly supporting you and what’s quietly draining you.

My Energy Audit helps busy working women step back and gain clarity on where their time and mental energy are actually going. It reveals hidden stressors, highlights misalignment, and creates a grounded starting point for making intentional changes, without pressure or shame.

The goal isn’t instant relief. It’s clarity, capacity, and a calmer path forward that actually fits real life.
